support service operations.

F) Future features

Online payments

If we add online payments, checkout runs through a third-party payment processor.

The processor receives payment card data on its systems.

We receive transaction and confirmation details, plus billing contact details.

File uploads

If we add file uploads, we collect the files you submit and the information contained inside them.

We use uploaded files to produce work, provide proofs, and support your order or request.

  • HighLevel for CRM and email delivery
  • Twilio for call tracking and call routing

B) Professional advisors

Attorneys, accountants, insurers, and consultants for business operations and compliance.

C) Legal, safety, and rights protectio

Courts, regulators, law enforcement, and other parties where required by law, legal process, or to

D) Business transfers

A buyer, successor, or transaction counterparty during a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale ofassets.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We share identifiers and online activity information with advertising partners for measurement and targeted advertising.

Some state laws treat this as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, based on:

We retain job files and production records for operations, reorders, quality control, and business

universal opt-out mechanism starting July 1, 2024.

Connecticut:

 Connecticut requires covered businesses to honor opt-out preference signals starting January 1,

2025.

GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND OPT-OUT PREFERENCE SIGNALS

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for sale or sharing where

required by law.

Where required by law, we also honor other opt-out preference signals that meet

applicable technical requirements, including signals used to opt out of targeted

advertising.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Appeals:

 Where a state law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision email with subject line: Appeal.

  • Stop Google Ads remarketing tags from loading for that user
  • Continue strict-necessity tags for site operation and security
  • For Google Analytics, switch to a reduced data mode if your setup supports it, or stop

          loading analytics if your consent framework treats analytics as optional

Maintain a live inventory document that lists:

  • All Google tags in use, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags,

          remarketing tags

  • Meta Pixel
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Any call tracking scripts and dynamic number insertion tied to Twilio
  • Update the inventory on every deploy that touches tracking.

F) TWILIO CALL TRACKING IMPLEMENTATION

  • Use dynamic number insertion for attribution where you run it
  • Store call metadata in your CRM records for lead tracking
  • If call recording is enabled, play a recording notice at call start where required by law
  • Restrict access to recordings and set retention aligned to Section 9
